The wood chip machine is composed of a machine base, a knife roller, an up-and-down feeding mechanism, a feeding device, a hydraulic buffer system and an electrical control system.

Feeding roller
The feeding mechanism on the wood chip machine is composed of an upper feeding roller base, a feeding roller, a feeding roller shaft, a swing shaft, a speed reducer and the like. The feeding mechanism under the wood chip machine is composed of a feeding roller, a support roller, a feeding roller shaft, and a reducer.

The upper and lower feeding roller teeth are staggered from each other. So that debris is cleaned up.
Wood chip machine base
The wood chip machine base is welded with high-strength steel plates, which is the supporting foundation of the entire machine. The support of the bottom knife seat of the wood chip machine is welded with the base to integrate the bottom knife seat. Wood chipper bottom knife passes the knife block with specially manufactured high-strength bolts
It is fixed on the bed holder. The bottom knife seat can be freely drawn out through the hole on the side of the wall plate of the machine seat, and it is fixed on the machine seat by two clip keys. The wood chips cut by the wood chip machine fall through the holes of the screen and are discharged from the bottom of the machine base. Excessive wood chips can be broken again by the crushing rod installed on the machine base.
